As a new "Captain America" takes the stage, Sam and Bucky team up to try to find out what the Flag Smashers group is up to. Facing a familiar threat, Bucky fills Sam in on a long-held government secret. The guys both struggle with life post-Blip as they figure out how to work together to stop this impending threat, while trying to avoid the elephant-in-the-room, John Walker - the "new Captain America".
