Sci-Fi Party Line #302 Walking Dead – The Trash Took Out Itself

Well, this doesn’t look good :-/

Cat and I recorded two nights in a row, because there was no way we could let this episode go by without mention. Listen to us discuss that unexpected turn of events (that Cat unknowingly predicted) as we try to figure out if this new power player will change the game, and whether Carl’s death actually humanized Negan in our eyes.

Sci-Fi Party Line #301 – Walking Dead RIP Carl

carol-grimes-1082241Last Sunday brought the mid-season premiere of The Walking Dead, and the long, drawn out (and unnecessary) death of original character Carl Grimes. Listen to Cat and I discuss how pissed we (and by we, I mean I) am about Carl’s demise, what we think it will mean for the show, and who we think is next on the chopping block.

I will need a clone for Thursday nights this fall…

First, Sleepy Hollow; now, The Originals.

In announcing their fall schedule last week, FOX confirmed that the surprise hit Sleepy Hollow would be moving from Monday to Thursday nights at 9pm for their third season. As Thursday night in my household is already a TV-heavy night (we watch The Vampire Diaries, Scandal and How to Get Away with Murder almost religiously) this announcement already gave me a bit of a headache.

Now, it has been confirmed via The OriginalsInstagram account that it, too will be moving to the same day and same time slot.

Get ready for #ThirstDays! #TheOriginalsmoves to Thursdays at 9/8c, right after #TVD this fall! – @theoriginals

I don’t know what I have ever done to the TV or fandom gods to deserve this…I wonder if the clone gods at Orphan Black is taking requests?
