like they are going to quickly tie up.

Storylines from last season. We're not going to have to

episode. So of course, at the end of last

And so, did Tom Christie just to ensure that Jamie and Claire

would be treated fairly? So, what happens at the end of

the episode is, of course, Richard Browns, men, they

separate Jamie and Claire, they take Jamie to the cliffs.

You've are going to send him back to Scotland, but we find

out that they're actually just going to kill him and just be
00:02:57
done. And then Claire is taken to a

town that has a judge because, you know, one of the issues they
00:03:05
had was that they were going to towns and there were no judges.

There were no magistrates because of the civil, unrest

with the rebels and all of the government people fleeing for

their lives. So that's where we are at the

end of last season. We start out this episode and I

would say that opening scene was very jarring for me, because I

knew that wasn't something that happened.

I knew it wasn't real, but still, it was just the fact that

we see a scene where Claire is taken to the Gallows, and she

has a news placed around her. And Richard Brown is there in

the crowd looking like he is pleased as punch.

And then, they push her off and she is actually hung.

Now, I knew that that wasn't real But just the visual of it

like how close Claire is to actually dying.

I was so Disturbed was hard to see.

having a dream or, you know, kind of panicking.

But no, it was Jamie. I thought it was real and I was

and the lady who's in charge of the prisoners, and they're

having some conversations. And one of the things that trip

how she couldn't tell the other ladies.

Just how long this war was going to be in there because they were

talking about. Oh yeah, you want to look you

don't want you don't want them to rush you to trial because

So yes. We're going to sit here for a

while. You know, it might be a few

months because the magistrates are all you know gone there

they're fleeing for their lives again.

sit there with no one to rescue them.
