and trying to chopped it up, screwed it and spit out

I was able to watch all four episodes and not be completely

Icarus and Captain Marvel fight. So I was more interested in that

than I was anything elf in Blade Night, of course.

But OK, Icarus and Captain Marvel, I would pay money to

watch that for an entire episode.

live action too, because I think the thing that I really liked

about this show is the fact that they, like you said, they kind

of chopped and screwed what we know about the the Marvel

Cinematic Universe and the characters in it.

So like, for the most part, most of the bad people or the people

that we look at as like the villains or the the morally

ambiguous ones, they were the ones who for the most part was,

were were trying to do things right or we're trying to save

people. And then it was the heroes,

except for the ones that were alive still, who were the
00:04:48
zombies and who were trying to destroy everything.

And I thought that was very interesting.

But yeah, the the the fight in the what was it the Valley of

the Gods that really interested me because when I was watching

this, of course, I didn't know who all was going to show up in

this show. You know, who the main

characters were. And given the fact that they

tell us in the last episode or the third episode that this
00:05:17
really that this is a continuation of the Marvel
00:05:19
Zombies episodes from what is you kind of get an idea of who's
00:05:24
in it. But like, when Icarus showed up

on the screen and I saw him, I was like, I was very glad

because again, I'm one of the few people who actually enjoyed
00:05:35
the Eternals and would like to see more of these characters.

And the fact that he was the one who was trying to not
00:05:45
necessarily save planet Earth, but he was trying to keep
00:05:48
Captain Marvel from getting out into the universe and affecting
00:05:52
other planets with whatever this zombie virus, whatever it is.

I thought that was really interesting.

And like you said, these are two powerful beings who cannot beat

each other. They're just throwing each other

around. It's kind of like it's almost

like the whole we could we're going to do, we're going to be

at this all day. I'm thinking legal of

extraordinary gentlemen, Dorian Gray and and Mina, when they're

going back and forth, they're like, OK, you can't die.

And because at first I was like Thunder, lightning, that that

has to be like Thor and Storm or somebody.

keeping her on Earth or keeping her from just obliterating

Yeah. But I thought because she didn't

look like she was interested in leaving because she kept going

after the the. Trio, yeah.

Yeah, so I, I think if she had tried, if she had wanted to

leave, she was trying to hard out.

But I know he didn't want her running rampant because, you

The only like real critique I have is they should just went

all out and threw some X-Men in there, threw some mutants in

in that first episode when they were driving through the valley

because they kept talking about the storms.

So I was like, oh, are they going to bring storm into this?

that because it would kind of, I guess veer off.

I think I would expect her more if it was a what if Marvel

zombies episode. But given the fact that even in

what if they didn't throw her in until like the last what couple

of episodes? Then I, you know, I was kind of

looking at it like, it's very unlikely that it's her, but I

was like, maybe not. And then like you said, when

Icarus shows up, I was like, oh, yes.

And then when you see who he's fighting and why he's fighting

her, like it's a zombified Captain Marvel, probably the

most terrifying scenario you can ever think of in this world,

Somebody who is that powerful and is also a zombie.

Now, I would still say Wanda is still more terrified.

Yolena's reaction to Natasha's death and Hawkeye.

There's like T and Leonie and her father standing on the beach

when the tidal waves getting ready to come and crash over

them and stuff. And it's like those moments,

I loved it. He his, his ability to probably

sacrifice others for his safety is probably why he's still

standing, which is on brand for him.

chance to sit down and watch Ironheart, which I'm planning to

So, you know, I don't have as much of A grasp on her

But to see the three of them together and kind of how they

interact with each other and how they depend on each other, I

love that because of course, you know, yeah.

Strong women characters love it. Strong young women characters

who are, you know, doing great things and saving the world and

stuff. Love it.

And the diverse? And, and, and the diversity,

yes, I, I mean, there's just so much about that trio that I

loved and to to kind of have them torn apart from each other

like so quickly that kind of sucked.

And then to see her interact with like Shawn, she and Katie.

see her interact with Alexi and Molina and Yelena and I, I like

the way that they build the relationships even in the

animated series. And even though it's short, it's

sweet. I think they did a really great

job and it's it's one of those things again, where I feel like

I really want to see some of this and live action.

And we probably will come when it comes to Doomsday because I

think most of these characters are in Doomsday, if I'm not

mistaken. And they've got to all interact

some, some kind of way, kind of like, you know, the Guardians of

the Galaxy interacting with Thor and interacting with, you know,

the others. That that part kind of intrigues

me because you see characters that you normally wouldn't think

to put together and they're in in this show together and they

play very well off of each other.

They, you know, it's kind of like when it's US against the

zombie world, you kind of don't have time for egos.

You don't have time for, you know, a whole bunch of

bickering. And I just, I loved it.

they're driving through the desert and they get set upon by

the by the Raiders, the scrolls, I was like really, y'all had to

there looking and he does this finger thing like hey, I see you

and it actually is him shooting the people.

that character. Don't like the fact that, you

know, they died as well. But going back to what Anthony

was saying about the gore, yeah, there's a lot of gore in this

it's animated, it didn't hit me like it would have if it was

live action gore. Some of the kills were, I'm

going to be honest, they were funny to me.

Like the whole John Walker thing was funny.
